Return & Refund Policy
Our Commitment
At Crestholm, every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. We take pride in delivering luxury-grade items directly from our certified facilities to your door.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, certificates and accessories must be included and undamaged
- No signs of use, wear, alteration or damage caused by the customer
- Valid proof of purchase from Crestholm must be provided
Due to the exclusive and hygienic nature of our luxury grooming products, items that have been opened, tested or used cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of every product our customers receive.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Products from promotional or bundle offers marked as final sale
- Gift cards and digital items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper handling
How to Request a Return
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging as received
Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Approved refunds processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for incomplete or handling-marked returns
- Rejected returns shipped back at the customer's expense
Crestholm reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Bundle & Promotional Orders
Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns are not accepted. Refunds are issued for the full bundle price only when all items are returned in original condition.
