Our Commitment

At Crestholm, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our certified facility. We are committed to delivering your luxury items safely, securely and within the timeframes outlined below.

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard carrier performance and begin from the date of dispatch — not the date of order. Processing your order before dispatch typically takes 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm GMT may be processed the following business day. Weekend orders are processed on the next available business day.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfilment queue. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be picked, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2pm GMT are typically dispatched the same or next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
  • During high-demand periods (promotions, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped

Tracking Your Order

All Priority Tracked and Express orders include full end-to-end tracking. Complimentary Shipping orders may include limited tracking depending on the courier assigned to your region.

Tracking information is sent via email upon dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to update in the carrier's system after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, Crestholm cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions outside our control
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural events
  • UK public holidays or peak postal periods
  • Customs or import delays for international shipments
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Crestholm is not liable for consequential losses arising from delayed deliveries. Refunds are not issued solely on the basis of a delivery arriving later than the estimated window, provided it is delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

Failed & Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will typically leave a notification card or update the tracking with redelivery instructions. It is your responsibility to:

  • Monitor your tracking link for delivery updates
  • Arrange redelivery or collection within the carrier's holding period
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if a signature is required
Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery, uncollected items, or an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to a reshipment fee. Crestholm is not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to customer error at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours, building management or a safe location nearby
  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
  • Reach out to our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date
Where a carrier confirms successful delivery to the correct address, Crestholm is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement. Claims of non-receipt must be submitted within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom. International availability and rates are displayed at checkout where applicable.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees
  • Crestholm has no control over customs processing times and cannot guarantee international delivery windows
  • Orders refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties are non-refundable for shipping costs

Secure Packaging

Every Crestholm order is packaged with care to reflect the luxury standard of our brand. Our packaging is designed to protect your items during transit and create a premium unboxing experience upon arrival.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
